VAT

Klints is a sole proprietorship, which means all product prices include 25% VAT.

Pricing Information

All prices are carefully calculated to reflect the labor and materials involved in each product. Every item is handmade using high-quality materials to ensure durability and aesthetics. The prices cover costs such as materials, production time, VAT, and other fees, while ensuring the business is sustainable.

Production

Ready-to-ship products are dispatched approximately 1–7 days after payment. Custom-made items are handmade, which may result in longer delivery times. Once payment is received, your order is placed in a queue and processed in order of receipt. The production time is typically 1–6 weeks, depending on the number of orders and my availability. Please note that I run this business alongside a full-time job, which may affect delivery times.

Delivery

I am not responsible for damaged or lost packages once they have been handed over to PostNord. For extra security, I recommend choosing trackable shipping. If you prefer this option, please select it when placing your order. PostNord usually delivers within 1–2 business days. No mail is delivered on weekends or public holidays. Orders are sent in padded envelopes or boxes, depending on size.

Measurements and Sizes

When ordering harnesses or collars, it is your responsibility to provide accurate measurements of your pet. Handmade products may deviate by a few centimeters from the size chart. Leashes may also vary slightly in length. If I have made a mistake, the product will be adjusted free of charge. If incorrect measurements were provided by you, adjustments can be made for an additional cost.

Address Information

If an incorrect address results in the package being returned, you are responsible for the additional shipping cost. Please double-check that your address is correct when placing your order.

Product Care

Avoid exposing non-PVC products to water, as this may affect their durability and appearance. PVC products are water-resistant and can be used in wet environments without issues.
If a non-PVC product comes into contact with water, wipe it off immediately and store it in a dry place to prevent damage.

Right of Withdrawal

You may cancel your order until production has started.

The right of withdrawal is valid for 31 days from the date your order is shipped. The product must be unused and in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products, such as leashes or tags with custom text.

Payment

Payment can be made via Swish or card. After completing your order, a receipt will be sent to the email address you provided. Please check both your inbox and spam folder to ensure you receive your confirmation.

For Swish payments, it may take slightly longer to receive confirmation as the payment must be verified manually. We appreciate your patience and will process your order as quickly as possible.

Complaints

For manufacturing defects or incorrectly produced products, please contact me to resolve the issue. Complaints are not valid for improper assembly of metal rings (e.g., if they were damaged by hard hammering without pre-drilling).

Changes to Orders

If you wish to make changes to your order, contact me, and I will help resolve it.
