How do I design myself?
In the "Design yourself" tab are all the options for designing yourself. You then order by clicking on the options you want for a product.
How long is the delivery time?
Finished products are shipped within 1-7 business days, custom items are manufactured and shipped within about 1-6 weeks. All custom items are handmade. Therefore, these have a longer delivery time as there is often a queue before yours is manufactured. When it is your turn in the queue, your order is manufactured and shipped. Delivery time varies depending on the number of orders and how much time I have. Keep in mind that I work with the company myself alongside a full-time job and other interests, therefore delivery time may vary :)
How do I pay?
By card or swish!
Is there express handling?
Express handling is available for those who want their goods quickly, in which case your order will be prioritized for the fastest possible production and delivery. Your order will be placed first in the queue and shipped as soon as it is completed. To get this, add the product "express handling" to your shopping cart.
Do you deliver to other countries?
Yes! We ship worldwide.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders over 130 € receive free trackable shipping. In Sweden, shipping costs between 2-11 € depending on the weight of your order. Trackable shipping from 6 €. International shipping costs between 4-21 €.
Is there a club/bulk purchase discount?
We have mix packages and surprise products at a discounted price.
Do you do collaborations or sponsorships?
It depends on the situation and the type of collaboration. Please contact us with more information about what you have in mind, so we can discuss further and see if it is something that suits both of us.
Right of withdrawal and returns?
The right of withdrawal is valid for one month (31 days) from the day the order is shipped. The product must be unused and without self-inflicted damage. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personal products such as leashes/tags with text on them. You always have the full right to cancel your order before it is manufactured, just contact us in time. If you have received your order and regret it or are not satisfied, you are only responsible for the return shipping. When your order is back with me, you will receive your money back, minus the shipping cost.
